The 27th National Hospital Construction Conference was held at Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center from May 23 to 25. With the theme of "Building a Full-chain Service Platform to Safeguard the High-quality Development of Medical and Elderly Care Buildings", China IPPR hosted a launch event for its new products and new publications. Li Haixin, General Manager of CAMC International and Chairman of China IPPR; Xu Haitao, General Manager of China IPPR; and Ma Zhe, President of Hebei Medical Architecture Society, attended the event.

In his speech, Li Haixin stated that as the industry enters a critical stage of transformation from incremental construction to stock quality improvement, the Company will fully establish a full industrial chain service system covering planning consultation, planning & design, engineering implementation and intelligent operation & maintenance. It is committed to fostering a new model of medical and elderly care buildings featuring green development, intelligence, resilience and humanistic care. China IPPR will cooperate with all relevant parties to build a new industrial ecosystem and promote Chinese standards and technologies for medical and elderly care buildings to go global.

In his address, Ma Zhe pointed out that intelligent energy management and prefabrication innovation are two key approaches to breaking through the development bottlenecks of medical and elderly care buildings. By hosting this exchange event themed "Building a Full-chain Service Platform", China IPPR has provided a high-quality communication platform for boosting industrial technological progress and academic research. Meanwhile, he spoke highly of the newly released products and publications of China IPPR and expressed earnest expectations for their application.
Launch of New Products
At the event, China IPPR officially rolled out three original technological achievements, namely the Smart Hospital Logistics Operation & Maintenance Management Platform, complete prefabricated medical construction technologies and contact-free control equipment, which drew extensive attention from the industry. Spanning intelligent operation and maintenance, prefabricated construction and pre-consultation intelligent services, the three new products cover core full-chain links of medical and elderly care buildings ranging from construction logic to spatial experience, marking that China IPPR has entered a new stage of high-quality development driven by the dual engines of "technology + services".
Release of New Publications
During the event, China IPPR also released four publications on medical and elderly care construction, namely Above the Future: Exploration and Practice of Research Hospital Construction, Harmony Between East and West: Construction Practice of West China Xiamen Hospital of Sichuan University, Innovative Exploration of Interior Design for Medical Spaces and Exploration and Innovation of Prefabricated Decoration Design. Covering macro industrial development to micro construction practices, the four books fully embody China IPPR’s professional expertise and innovative achievements, providing valuable theoretical and practical support for advancing the high-quality development of medical and elderly care buildings.
Seminar Salon
The seminar salon carried out exchanges centering on two major themes: intelligent energy management and prefabrication innovative technologies.

The first salon invited guests from Peking University Cancer Hospital and Fuwai Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences to take part in the discussion. Centering on core pain points and breakthrough solutions of medical energy management, the session covered system optimization in building renovation and low-carbon concepts embedded at the initial design stage. Exchanges of diverse viewpoints reached a consensus on shifting from passive response to proactive planning, offering new ideas for realizing green, efficient and sustainable energy management in medical and elderly care buildings.

The second salon welcomed guests from China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Peking University Third Hospital, Anhui Provincial Hospital and the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. Focusing on the classic triangular dilemma of cost, quality and schedule in hospital construction, participants jointly discussed balanced approaches and practical experience of prefabrication technology applied in medical and elderly care buildings. By adopting full-chain services featuring standardization and integration to facilitate in-depth integration of design, construction and operation, the sector can achieve sustainable development that delivers high efficiency, superior quality and cost-effectiveness.
Centered on new trends in medical and elderly care construction, this event multi-dimensionally showcased China IPPR’s latest achievements and methodologies in technological research, theoretical exploration and engineering practice. It generated a host of practically valuable and thought-provoking insights, laying a solid foundation for advancing the high-quality development of medical and elderly care buildings toward intelligence, low carbon and human-centered design.
