Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Town Campus

Services Undertaken: Schematic design and construction drawing design (general design contracting)

Located in Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, the project consists of a comprehensive medical building and supporting facilities including staff canteens and kitchens. The comprehensive medical building undertakes core medical functions such as outpatient services, medical technology services and inpatient care.
As a key livelihood project in Foshan, the project relies on national key specialized departments and adopts a development positioning of "reaching new heights while grounding solidly". In pursuit of "reaching new heights", it leverages the hospital’s strengths in TCM orthopedics to build a leading discipline program and a multidisciplinary integrated campus. In pursuit of "grounding solidly", it serves the new urban area of Foshan. Adopting a horizontal linear layout and defining clean-polluted zoning based on the dominant wind direction, the project adopts a center-of-excellence layout focusing on orthopedics and TCM diagnosis and treatment. It features efficient circulation routes, integrated TCM and Western medicine services, and balanced rehabilitation functions and humanistic experience. Drawing on the layout characteristics of Lingnan terrace houses, the project adopts an enclosed courtyard layout for all functional spaces and connects multiple courtyards via continuous corridors, fully presenting the distinctive Lingnan architectural style.
Public Health Building Renovation Project of Peking University Health Science Center

Services Undertaken: Schematic design, preliminary design and construction drawing design
Covering the renovation of the Public Health Building and Shuhua Building, the project serves as a key initiative for campus functional upgrading and a typical practice of urban renewal and adaptive reuse of existing buildings in the capital’s university cluster. It aims to build a full-chain, high-level medical research and innovation platform integrating scientific research, experimental teaching, achievement transformation, academic exchanges and talent cultivation.
Based on the scientific research demands of Peking University Health Science Center, the project is guided by the design principle of creating modern, innovation-friendly internal and external environments. Adhering to the concepts of sustainable development and harmonious operation, it refines and reorganizes functional spaces for scientific experiments, teaching, office work and conferences, focusing on core fields including public health, medical scientific research and teaching innovation.

Landscape and Municipal Reconstruction Project for Changchun Metro Line 5 & Line 6

Services Undertaken: Reconstruction design for full-line landscape engineering, road drainage engineering and street lighting engineering
Land Area: 29.2 hectares
Located in Changchun High-tech Zone, the project covers 8 stations of Metro Line 5 and 3 stations of Metro Line 6. By optimizing road drainage systems, improving street lighting facilities and upgrading landscape greening, the project realizes dual improvement of urban functionality and aesthetic landscape.
Adhering to the core concepts of urban space reconstruction, ecological restoration, livelihood improvement and cultural inheritance, the project builds a virtuous cycle of "construction, renovation, restoration and upgrading". Formerly simple traffic nodes are being transformed into vibrant urban hubs, adding distinctive landscapes to Changchun High-tech Zone and promoting the city’s development toward greater livability, resilience and inclusiveness.

Services Undertaken: Interior and landscape renovation design
Construction Area: 78,000 square meters
Situated in the core area of Beijing Future Science City in Changping District, the project is a high-quality urban CCRC senior care community carefully built by China Life. With 553 apartments, 947 beds and nearly 10,000 square meters of public service space, it precisely meets the in-depth elderly care demands of high-end clients and serves as China Life’s benchmark high-end senior care community in Beijing.
Centering on seniors’ all-dimensional demands for dining, accommodation, medical care, nursing, entertainment, learning and leisure, the project delivers one-stop comprehensive elderly care solutions. Integrating modern and traditional design aesthetics, it adopts a "two axes and nine gardens" landscape pattern to create tranquil courtyard-style living spaces, enabling seniors to enjoy fully supported, high-quality community life surrounded by greenery. Beyond conventional interior decoration design, the project delivers a comprehensive engineering solution tailored to professional senior care operation needs.
Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Academy of Sciences

Services Undertaken: Prefabricated interior decoration design
Located in the Beidou Industrial Park of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, the project is a renovation project of existing industrial park buildings. The park will accommodate two cutting-edge research institutions upon completion.
Focusing on users’ practical needs and functional practicability, the project adopts a minimalist modern design throughout the whole process. Giving full play to the advantages of prefabricated construction technology, it applies modular design and prefabricated components to shorten the construction cycle, reduce impacts on the original building structure, and achieve green, efficient and low-impact building renovation.
